This is where the Daleabbey story all began.
In 1994, Rupert (Daleabbey Best Seller) was born, he was,
quite simply, my dog of a lifetime.
His lines carry on to this day through his son Theo, when his lines die out, we will retire!

We would like to clarify that we are NOT members of the Kennel Club Accredited Breeder Scheme. The Kennel Club seem to be selling/promoting the Accredited Breeders Scheme with the promise of increased puppy sales and they say it is the responsible breeders who are joining - we do not agree that paying the Kennel Club for extra paperwork and unlimited entries on their puppy sales register shows responsibity. It shows us that the Kennel Club is happy to help breeders sell unlimited amounts of puppies.
We appreciate not all Accredited Breeders are bad, but as invitation to the scheme is not on merit but by payment we feel it will always be open to abuse. Therefore, at this stage we have decided that standards set by the scheme are so low that we will wait until KC scheme meets our own high standards before joining it.
